These Terms and Conditions govern your use of albakio.com.pk and any
purchase you make from it. The website is operated by Albakio
International Publishers, Lahore, Pakistan. By placing an order you
accept these terms.

1. About us

Albakio International Publishers is an educational publisher based in
Lahore. We publish and sell school textbooks, workbooks, teacher resources and
related digital learning material.

2. Orders

• An order placed on this website is an offer to buy. A contract is formed
  only when we confirm the order by email.
• We may decline an order if the item is out of stock, if the price or
  description was published in error, or if we cannot verify the delivery
  address.
• If we decline an order that has already been paid for, the full amount is
  refunded.

3. Prices and payment

• All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and
  include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Delivery is charged separately at a flat rate of
  Rs 150 nationwide and is shown before you
  confirm payment.
• We accept cash on delivery and the electronic payment methods displayed
  at checkout.
• We do not store your card details. Card payments are handled by a
  licensed payment service provider.

4. Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days and normally
arrive within 3 to 5 working days depending on the destination. Full
details are in our
Shipping, Exchange, Return, Refund and
Cancellation Policy.

5. Cancellations, returns and refunds

You may cancel an order at no cost at any time before it is dispatched.
After delivery, returns are accepted within 7 days from delivery in the
circumstances set out in our
Shipping, Exchange, Return, Refund and
Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Digital products and online courses

• Access to digital content and online courses is granted to a single named
  user and may not be shared, resold or redistributed.
• Because digital content is delivered immediately, it cannot be returned
  once it has been accessed.
• Access may be withdrawn without refund if the material is copied or
  shared in breach of these terms.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, images, book contents, lesson plans,
videos and software — is the property of Albakio International Publishers or
its licensors and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute
or create derivative works from it without our written permission. Schools
holding a current licence may use the material within the terms of that
licence.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this website to transmit unlawful or harmful material,
to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, or to interfere with
its operation.

9. Accuracy of content

We take care to describe our products accurately, but we do not warrant that
descriptions, images or other content are entirely free of error. Where an
error affects an order you have placed, we will tell you and give you the
choice of continuing or cancelling for a full refund.

10. Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the
law of Pakistan.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts at Lahore
have jurisdiction over any dispute.
