Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days of being confirmed, and usually arrive 3 to 5 working days after that, depending on your city. You receive a tracking reference by email when the parcel leaves us. Large school orders are delivered on a schedule agreed with you.
Use the search box at the top of any page to search by title, series or subject, or browse the series listed in the main menu. If you cannot find a title, email [email protected] or telephone 042-35199009 and we will tell you whether it is in print and in stock.
Contact us within 7 days from delivery of delivery at [email protected] or 042-35199009, with your order number and a photograph. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, and we pay the return postage because the error was ours. See our returns policy.
Yes. For titles not shown on the website, bulk quantities, or material customised for a school, email [email protected] or telephone 042-35199009. We will confirm availability, price and delivery time in writing before anything is charged. Customised materials cannot be returned once produced.
Sign in and open My Account → Orders to see the current status of every order you have placed. We also email you when the order is confirmed and again when it is dispatched, with a tracking reference. If anything is unclear, email [email protected] with your order number.
Yes. Telephone 042-35199009, Monday to Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Closed on Sunday. Have the titles and quantities ready, along with the delivery address. We will confirm the order and the total, including the Rs 150 delivery charge, by email before dispatch. You may also order in person at our Urdu Bazar book store.
Products & Services
Yes. Card payments are processed by a licensed payment service provider over an encrypted connection. Albakio never sees or stores your card number — it is entered on the payment provider’s secure page, not ours. Look for the padlock in your browser’s address bar before entering any card details.
Your card is charged when the order is placed and payment is authorised. If we then cannot supply an item, that part of the order is refunded in full. If a payment fails, no charge is made — any amount you see held by your bank is a temporary authorisation that is released automatically.
At checkout you may pay by cash on delivery, or by the electronic payment methods shown at the time. Prices are in Pakistani Rupees. For school and institutional accounts we can also invoice against a purchase order — email [email protected] to arrange it.
Delivery is a flat Rs 150 anywhere in Pakistan, however many books you order. The charge is shown at checkout before you confirm payment. Collection from our Urdu Bazar book store is free.
